Router

Although the network environment with a router is not supported by KENWOOD, we evaluated how much the KNS worked in the network environment with a router.
The KNS may work if a router has a function called "DMZ" or "Virtual computer" and a function called "IP masquerading" or "NAT", and if the user can configure it with self-responsibility.

The following data does not guarantee the operation of KNS with a router.
We noticed that the KNS may work depending on how a router is configured though, this information is not assured by KENWOOD.
(We had to change several settings for following routers.)
(We made the test using products sold in Japan.)
